After a brutally long flight, we're finally here!!! Getting here sucked though. We were traveling for over 36 hours and once we finally got to the airport in Casablanca, we were told that the airlines had lost half of our groups baggage. I was glad I had mine, but felt really bad for everyone who didn't, especially since a change of clothing was really the only thing I wanted when we go
Today is the second day of my Morocco trip, and everything has gone well for me so far. I really like my host family, and the place where we live in, we (Mayimuna and I) live farther deeper into the Medina than everyone else, but I like it better, because we get to see more of the street vendor people, and stuff. And best of all, it has not been dreadfully hot, yet. Oh, and the food is REALLY goo
There's so much to do before I leave next tuesday. I haven't started packing, there's still things I need to get like a watch, (since I usually just rely on my cell phone for the time), and I only have a week to do everything. It's a little overwhelming.
