I haven't taken the ACT, never really considered it because college admissions visitors had said that they look more at SATs since their scoring is more widely understood. My scores weren't bad, could've done better, but I can get into a lot of great universities if I take the SAT subject test.

I contemplated law school for a very long time, but the extra schooling, money, etc turned me away eventually. But if you like debating, and you are very educated, I think you should go for it!

I'm glad someone agrees :) It seems we think alike on many subjects, haha. I just don't understand why someone would come and register to a site dedicated to youth activism and degrade those who are actually trying in their community. And I don't think insulting ever has a place in an educated discussion. >.<

Thanks again :)

Question: I changed my culminating project a little. Still doing it on journalism, but geared more towards the changing mediums of journalism and how blogging is expanding. It'll be a little PR for PSO as well :) I was wondering if maybe I could do an email interview with you?

thank you for the honest opinion regarding UW's communications program. I just got my second round of SAT scores back and started looking deeper into universities I know I can get accepted into, and I'm surprised I didn't see how vague the UW's program was before. They don't have anything specific while schools like Seattle U have different Journalism classes targeting different portions of journalism. I'm looking more into my options. However, it now looks like I have to take a round three of SATs; except this time, the Subject test. :\

Thank you very much!

Well, if you like writing speeches (and you do have a great voice in your writing) I would suggest going into a PR-centered journalism career. They write a lot of speeches for multiple clients.

I was thinking of going to UW to double major in journalism and theater. Is their program that bad?

hey thanks for all the encouragement!!

I really enjoy reading your political opinions, a lot of them reflect my own.

Have you ever considered doing anything in writing or journalism? You have a really great style.

I enjoyed reading it. It was better than watching it on t.v, which was painful. I was getting irritated at the comments that it kept getting. you should see them from the beggining.

I finally checked out youthnoise. I didn't like it as much because the letters were small and article style, not really blogs. It is not very first time user friendly either. I half heartedly participated in a chicken ecology class dissection debate and then signed off. It definately has lots more people on it, the way I hope PSO will be!

This is the only site I use. I have heard of youth noise, though. My name
ThePharcyde comes from my favorite comic book and music record. I hope its not too popular.

So what are you planning on doing with your political science major.
