I'm writing a bill about creating a tax deduction as an incentive for grocery stores (safeway, albertson etc) to use biodegradable shopping bags. They don't have to go along with the conversion to biodegradable bags (plastic bags are very cheap)so there's no need for enforcement. What would be the proper way to word such a scenario?

Yes he would. I don't base my opinions on a president off what political party they belong to, I base them off what the president does and how it affects the country. I believe that veterans need more help, not less. I would be very disappointed if he did cut their funding.

Unfortunately, I don't have Photoshop at the moment. I had owned it, but I lost the disc, and Karma kicked in and my laptop got a virus, deleting most of the programs off my hard drive, including Photoshop. I actually had to live off of the Trial until it just expired a couple of days ago. If I find the disc, it'd be a miracle!
